Beautiful and professional panel solutions

Thermal insulation panels with polyurethane insulation occupy an important place in the world of modern construction.

Their characteristics are excellent thermal and sound insulation, fast installation and long service life. The panels consist of two profiled sheets and a thermal insulation filling which can be mineral wool or polyurethane.

Polyurethane-filled panels can be made in PUR and PIR variants. PIR filling has fire resistance up to 60 minutes. Panel thicknesses are produced from 30 to 200mm.

Panels with filling of non-flammable mineral wool class A1 are intended for the construction of buildings where high standards of fire resistance are required.

Thicknesses are produced from 50 to 250mm.

All panels are manufactured to customer order 3 to 12.5m in length.

The panels are mounted on a placed concrete or steel structure and drilled in the intended places to be fixed to the iron girders.

Roof thermal insulation panel

Roof thermal insulation panels consist of two profiled sheets and a polyurethane filling that has exceptional thermal insulation properties, regardless of whether it is a PUR or PIR filling.

The outside of the panel is trapezoidal profiled sheet metal with 5 ribs and reinforcements, thus achieving a high load-bearing capacity of the roof panel. The inner side is usually done as a linear profile. The minimum slope of the roof surface is 5 ‘or less, if special requirements are met.

Roof panels are produced in thicknesses from 30 to 150 mm, where the customer chooses the color and thickness of the sheet metal.

The net width of the roof panel is 1000mmThe total width of the roof panel is 1017mm

Ceiling and wall panels

Controlled environment panels or FRIGO panels are used as ceiling and wall panels for chambers and refrigerators in which it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature, and the insulating properties of polyurethane in this case come to the fore. FRIGO panels can be made in thicknesses up to 200 mm.

In addition to line profiling, it is possible to do flat profiling, which is especially important for buildings with strict hygiene requirements.

In addition to plasticised steel sheet, FRIGO panels can also be used with stainless steel sheets.

Timber Accessories

All sheet metal accessories and edging are made of the same material as the cover. Since each building has specific requirements in terms of aesthetics and functionality, in addition to standard edging, we can also make special ones, according to a sketch submitted by the customer.

The product range includes all the necessary elements for quality drainage of rainwater.

We also offer accompanying elements for roofing works, such as vapor permeable-waterproof foil, polyurethane putty, profile filters, and many others.

Construction Elements

The cold-rolled structural elements we have in our product range are “C” and “Z” beams, which are made of high-quality structural steel sheet, protected on both sides by a layer of zinc of 275 g / m2.

These elements are most often used in the secondary construction of the roof or facade.

They are produced in three variants of profile height, 100,125 and 150 mm.

The use of cold-rolled profiles reduces the weight of the construction, increases the speed of construction, and since they are made of galvanized steel strips, additional anti-corrosion protection is not required.

The profiles are produced to length according to the customer’s request, there is no necessary waste and easy and fast installation is achieved.
